Leader, builder, entrepreneur.

I’m an ex-founder and CTO with 15 years’ experience across technology leadership, team building, and strategic growth. I co-founded and led a VC-backed enterprise SaaS company from MVP through scale to acquisition. I raised multi-million-euro funding rounds and worked alongside an advisory board of unicorn founders.

As managing director, co-founder & CTO of Talentry, I built and scaled cross-functional teams, hired extensively, and directed the architecture of a highly scalable, AI-powered, multi-product SaaS platform. Along the way, I worked closely with sales teams and enterprise customers to ensure technology always served real business needs.

I’m deliberate about creating positive, reflective, high-performance team cultures - combining high standards with an environment where people can do their best work. I work comfortably from boardroom strategy to hands-on technical execution, deep-diving into details where it matters.

Fluent in German and English, with an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich.
